7 Yoga Moves for a Slimmer Face

Simha Mudra is a yoga pose that tones the face and thyroid glands. To do it, kneel down, drop your jaw, open your mouth wide, stick your tongue out, and roar.

Lie on your stomach, raise your head and trunk, and stretch your neck back to work on your double chin. Hold for 30-60 seconds and repeat.

Bhujangasana

Jivha Bandha (Locked Tongue Pose)

To do it, sit in a comfortable position and place the tip of your tongue against the roof of your mouth. Open your mouth wide and hold for 30-60 seconds.

Jalandhar Bandha is a yoga pose that tones the face and jawline. To do it, sit in a comfortable position, place your hands on your knees, and lift your sternum towards your chin. Hold for 30-60 seconds.
