Stand, pulleys high, palms forward, step and lean, bring hands down and across body, arms bent, squeeze inner chest as hands meet.

Bench incline, grip dumbbells, lie back, start with weights above chest, lower to sides for inner chest stretch, squeeze and lift.

Assume push-up position, hands slightly narrower than shoulder-width apart, lower down with elbows close to body, push up to contract inner chest.

Grip bars with palms inward, arms extended. Lower down, bending elbows, slight forward lean. Push up, engaging inner chest for movement.
